Yoga is a process and practice of finding that sacred place within ourselves. Pregnancy is an ideal time to take this journey inward as you prepare your breath and body for the duration of your pregnancy, labor/birth and recovery. Prenatal yoga is inclusive and supportive environment for all birthing people.
I completed my 200-hour training with White Lotus Yoga in 2019 and became a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT200). In 2020 I completed 85-hour Prenatal & Postnatal teacher training through Sweet Momma Yoga to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). My passion is working with mothers and moms-to-be during this sacred and transitional time in their lives. I am based in Southeast Michigan and offering in-person yoga classes and instruction in Oakland and Macomb counties.
